good luck with cement head, annie, as he argues over numbers (“no it’s not 20,0000 violations, only 5,000.”) UNIFIL regularly observes israeli violations of lebanese air space, documents such violations, and reports such violations to israel and the UN. for him to be whining about numbers (btw i haven’t seen any documentation refuting hizbollah’s claims, just buckets of ac8#tnuant&oc217;s tears) is more misdirection and mendacity.

It does appear classless to just walk off the court without congratulating the opponent…the Magic played clean and were better, so best to give Superman his due…on a more interesting topic, doesn’t this loss force CLE to take on contracts next year in exchange for expirings, to help LeBron more (ORL beat them without their All-Star PG and returns nearly ev#y8one)&er230;who are those players?

I think the only thing I may disagree on (besides the FACT that the American way is THE ONLY way - because DUH!) is that Americans think of Europe as a failed system. I've always had the impression that Americans think of Europe as smarter and more forhrad-twinking. Well, western Europe. In general.

I underwent 2 valve replacements 22 years ago,I was 32 years old at the time. I quickly went back into a-fib and have been on Coumadin for the full 22 years. I am also a nurse and have a patient with a similar situation. We both check our INRs regularly. My question is this, I am aware that both of us will need to be anticoagulated for the rest of our lives (our valves are mechanical), but are there any current studies for a drug that won’t need to be monitored as frenneqtly?Thauk You

First off, HIIT should only last for 15 minutes max. Doing it for 25 minutes is not good. Secondly, maybe you were going way to intense? I do HIIT 3 times a week for 15 minutes and yes at the end of my workouts I’m basically dead but I have never fainted. If you are not &#d&20;dea82#8221; and exhausted once the workout is over, you didn’t do HIIT correctly. It really works you out in a good way if you do it right. My high point is 7 and my resting point is 3.5
